Our mission

Our academic writing sessions are a dynamic combination of theoretical and practical modules. They are designed as workshops during which you have the opportunity to implement the techniques our tutors teach you.  In the theoretical modules, students are presented with basic writing techniques and formats. During the practical part, they learn how to apply them in workshops and team projects, and receive feedback from the tutor, as well as their peers.

We work in small groups (up to 8 people) to make sure that everyone is equally involved in the workshop.

Some of the courses with longer duration might include optional home works, which will be marked and revised by the tutors.

In order to identify your exact writing problems and levels, we use enrolment forms (a questionnaire) which you need to complete before you enrol in any of our classes. You will be asked to mark down your most problematic areas, and to identify your academic needs so that we can place you in the right study group. We attempt to organise our study groups on the basis of specific academic disciplines (humanities, business), and the level of writing skills of the participants.

In order to be of your assistance, you need to have a good command of the English language.

Depending on the course, you might also be asked to provide academic samples. This helps us spot your problems and provide the right type of academic help.

We also provide learning materials, which we have selected for the purposes of each course.
